Sleek Oak in Elberton

Sarah and Paul live in Elberton near Plymouth. The inspiration for their room came from the couple and Ashgrove working together. They had lots of ideas coming to see us and with the help of their designer created this stunning lounge and office space.
Choosing their colours was quite a long process and they wanted the room to compliment the coffee table they had already bought. They wanted the TV as the main focus of the room but needed this to blend in and it was vital that wires gadgets were hidden.

What We Did
We used slab oak effect (drift wood) wooden doors to complement the existing wood in the room and to give then some texture. All the cupboards and shelving were floating and stood off of the floor. The cupboards were touch latch handless style with a grey laminate work top.
To hide the TV and gadget wires we installed a removable media wall panel with hidden colour changing lighting.

Ashgrove were really good to work with. Jason designed out study and they installed that in the December. So, we already knew and trusted the company, there was no pressure, we can take on board their ideas but they are happy to amend and accommodate your ideas as well. The workman is amazing. We had the same crew did both and I can’t fault them If we get anything else done in the house, we will definitely use Ashgrove and definitely use the team that we had.
