Self Employed Fitter

Ashgrove Kitchens is currently looking for fully experienced Kitchen Fitters with excellent joinery skills to work on new client projects across Devon.

You will be required to install kitchen and bedroom furniture to expected high standards, whilst ensuring that they satisfy clients’ requirements.

You must be able to communicate confidently with people at all levels and work under pressure. You must be a self-motivated individual who can maintain deadlines.

You will be installing high spec kitchens and need to have proven experience of working with a bespoke product and have own tools.

There may be an opportunity for an employed position for the right person

Workshop Assistant

Ashgrove Kitchens is currently looking to recruit a Workshop assistant to work in our busy Crediton factory in Devon.

Reporting to the Worksop Manager, your duties will include goods in/out, maintaining a high level of cleanliness on the shop floor, assisting bench hands and general duties. An interest in woodwork and manufacturing maybe an advantage but not essential.
You must be reliable, hard-working and able to communicate confidently with people at all levels and work under pressure. You must be a self-motivated individual who can maintain deadlines but also be able to work as part of a team. Career development potential.


Working hours are Monday – Friday 8.00am to 5.00pm. 20 days’ holiday plus bank holidays.

Sales Designer – Self Employed

Ashgrove Kitchens is looking for an experienced Self Employed, Kitchen Sales Designer who can qualify sales leads, and consult with customers from design to delivery. This will include customer in home consultations and at our showrooms in Devon. 

You will need to be self-motivated, organized and creative with a proven track record in selling to middle and high-end bespoke clientele.

As a bespoke manufacture of all our furniture there is plenty of scope for design flair.

 You will be computer literate and CAD trained and of course has pleasant and engaging personality!
