This had to be a stylish kitchen for our couple returning from a life in Italy to a run-down vicarage in the quintessentially English county of Dorset. The challenge: to combine a dash of Italian design and intensity of light with typical English country features like an Aga and a farmhouse sink.

What We Did

The use of quality materials such as Kashmir yellow granite work surfaces and Travertine flooring helped create the desired result.

When I was referred to Ashgrove it was refreshing to hear that they were a local firm within Devon with local builders and for the most part all their stock on site. I wasn’t just going for something standard like a shaker kitchen in beautiful sage green but we got there and I am really, really happy with it. I haven’t met anybody yet that has walked into it and not really loved the way it has all fitted together.
